"One morning, two weeks into using the technique, while doing the “Blowing out the candles” exercise, poof! the nausea disappeared and a sense of well-being flowed across my abdomen. It fully relaxed – everything settled into its rightful place. For the first time in I don’t know how long I felt fine. I laughed out loud and tears of relief rolled down my cheeks." -Bianca D., Veracruz, Mexico (see full testimony under testimonials tab)

"Pam Fox is a terrific and caring coach and instructor. I was a member of her "Repair Your Hiatal Hernia Naturally " group and after only a few weeks, I can honestly say I'm feeling better. She is patient and takes time to answer your questions. She has helped me quite a bit. Thank you, Pam!"-Lynne C.,

“I was diagnosed with a 2 centimeter sliding hiatal hernia several years ago and my gastroenterologist told me not to worry about it. Fast forward several medications and several gastroenterologists, I can confidently say they were all wrong. I decided to start Pam’s exercises because I felt I had nothing to lose. The first two weeks I didn’t really notice any difference. Around 2 1/2 weeks I was performing her exercise called Eye of the Storm and heard my stomach gurgle! This meant my stomach was moving downward! Finally, I was starting to feel better. The exercises are easy to learn and like any new exercise, the more you do it the better you get at it. These exercises and Pam Fox have been very helpful.” -Paul P., Anaheim, CA, USA

After many years on PPI’s for GERD and hiatal hernia symptoms, I decided to do some research for more of a holistic solution.  I was blessed to come across Pam Fox’s social media site offering guidance on effectively moving the stomach down and strengthening the hiatus to keep the stomach from returning to the hernia position.  I’ve had relief from my symptoms, but it’s a work in progress for me.  Thank you, Pam for all of your help.  -Lisa L. Spring City, Pennsylvania

“It’s been such a God-send to find Pam’s videos. I feel that there is hope for me to heal from my hiatal hernia symptoms. So far drugs and surgery are not an option for me and it’s so great to know that I can try to deal with this naturally. Plus, Pam has a great personality. Love her videos." -Renata D., Canada

"I suffered for a number of years now with a hiatal hernia and associated problems. I first came across Pam's advice about a year ago whilst looking on YouTube for tips and help. I thought at the time it was very helpful and took on board everything she said. When she joined the hiatal hernia support group and shared a video on how she cured her hiatal hernia, I decided to join her test group, Repair your hiatal hernia naturally. The videos had lots of relevant and useful information and she explains everything really well. After following the exercises and meditation I definitely noticed a difference in my symptoms. Especially the tip on relaxing the belly, this was like a eureka moment for me as I carried so much tension in my gut I was previously oblivious to. I'm still practicing the breathing exercises to strengthen my hiatus and doing the self manipulation techniques. Although I'm still symptomatic at the moment, there's been a reduction in my symptoms which I'm so very grateful to Pam for. I will continue to do them and I'm hopeful over time, they will get better and better. The diet advice is also included and I know if I can follow that to, I'm sure it will improve my condition further. Slow steps at the moment though as I don't want to put too much stress on myself. My advice for anyone with a hiatal hernia, is to seek out Pam's videos and give it a go at following the exercises and advice because it has definitely helped me." -Ian M., UK

What's Unique About My Course?

1. As a believer in the body’s ability to heal, I teach getting to the root of the cause first. I identify many of the possible ways in which we can develop a hiatal hernia, and ways those sources can be addressed. Symptoms of hiatal hernia are almost always a result of some kind of pressure. I teach that if you un-herniate the stomach, you no longer have the symptoms.

2. The exercises I used to reverse my hernia are unique as they were developed to:

  • Gently move the stomach down while moving the diaphragm up (in order to move the stomach out of the herniated position).
  • Stretch and soften the connective tissues that hold the stomach in the herniated position and prevent deep abdominal breathing.
  • Strengthen the diaphragm while relaxing the abdominal muscles.

Freedom from hiatal hernia is possible NATURALLY!

Thanks for visiting my site. If you are anything like I was, your symptoms of hiatal hernia are maddening! I'll never forget the frustration, anxiety, and fear that I had due to pain, discomfort, and not knowing how this condition may be putting me at future risk for even worse disease.

My healing journey began with a diagnosis of GERD and an Rx. When that failed to give me relief, I went in for additional testing only to find out that I had a hiatal hernia. Knowing that the diaphragm is muscle tissue gave me hope that this condition could be corrected through exercise.

Reversing my hiatal hernia did not happen overnight. It started with learning my own anatomy, and what caused the hernia in the first place. Success was in learning how to effectively move my stomach down, then keep it down.

I will be forever grateful to each of my mentors and teachers who taught me along the way. Honestly, learning how to reverse my hiatal hernia and being able to successfully do so was an answer to a desperate prayer that I consider a miracle.

In my course, Reverse Hiatal Hernia Naturally, I simply share everything that I learned and executed in order to accomplish that miracle. May God answer your prayers for freedom and healing too!

Here's What You'll Learn

By taking this course today, you'll get a comprehensive guide that will support your body's natural ability and intent to heal.

I'll teach you everything that I learned and executed to reverse my own hiatal hernia. This starts with understanding your own anatomy and why you have a hernia in the first place. Identifying the root cause of your own hernia and removing that root cause is the first step. If you discover that your bathroom is flooded because you left the water on, and your first inclination is to mop up all of the water, you overlooked the very vital more important first step of turning off the water!

Once you have determined and removed what is pushing your stomach up (what your source of intra-abdominal pressure is), you can begin to help the stomach move back down. This is done through a variety of methods that I share. You can try them all and use the ones that give you the most movement.

Finally, successfully moving your stomach down is an achievement that in itself can give great relief from your symptoms. But keeping it down, will be your ultimate success. The stomach herniates through a weakened or widened hole known as the hiatus. The great news is this: the hiatus of the diaphragm is skeletal muscle tissue! So this means, we can strengthen it with exercise over time. This is done through diaphragmatic breathing. BUT, conventionally speaking, when we are instructed to breathe with our diaphragm, we are taught to pull in the abs. This is a big no-no for those of us with hiatal hernia, as the act of pulling in the abs pushes the stomach up further into the herniated position, further worsening our condition. The exercises that I developed and used to strengthen my diaphragm, are simple, relaxing, and enjoyable, but most importantly, they teach relaxing and opening up the abs, instead of pulling them in. This strengthens the diaphragm, while giving the stomach room to move down. So simple, yet so effective.

Reversing your hiatal hernia naturally, will take time, patience, education, and consistency. But it can totally be done. Remember, what goes up, must come down.

1. What Caused Your Hernia?

The first step in healing is fully understanding the cause. By addressing this first, you'll be well on your way to reversing your hiatal hernia.

2. What Goes Up...

Begin to move the stomach down with my simple daily guided exercises. Once you learn how to do this, you will begin to alleviate undue internal pressure that creates symptoms of gerd/lpr.

3. Muscles Grow and Repair

Your diaphragm is skeletal muscle and it can be exercised and strengthened. I guide you in my exercise tutorials how a person with hiatal hernia can safely strengthen the diaphragm without further herniating the stomach.

Love Always Hopes

It's tempting sometimes to just accept the hand life dealt us and try to make the best of it. When it comes to health, I am a firm believer that we have more control over healing than we allow ourselves to believe.

If you are seeking natural forms of healing then your glimmer of hope is still alive! Remember the body wants you to thrive and survive. It is always working to heal you so that you can live a life free of pain and filled with abundant joy! But it needs your partnership and support.

You are here now because you love yourself enough to not give up. My hope is that you were brought here for a reason. My hope is that your healing starts today. My hope is that your future will be prosperous, and without harm.

Sincerely,

Coach Pam
